Scott Kessler is a shareholder in the Litigation practice where he focuses on litigating complex commercial disputes, including corporate transactions, real estate matters, and securities and other class action defense, at both the trial and appellate levels. He has tried and argued numerous cases in federal and state courts. Scott also has significant experience advocating for clients with regard to contract disputes, corporate and partnership dissolutions, and matters involving questions of copyright law, unfair competition, and trademark law.
