Rachel Rudensky has advised a diverse group of clients, including major sports organizations, toy companies, book and magazine publishers, apparel companies, financial services providers, hotels and restaurants, and a major national kosher certification agency with respect to all aspects of intellectual property protection and enforcement in the U.S. and throughout the world. Rachel also enforces intellectual property rights in the U.S. and abroad, practices before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and advises clients with respect to licensing disputes, anti-counterfeiting and litigation. In the transactional realm, Rachel negotiates and drafts license agreements, purchase agreements, co-existence agreements, and assignments.
