Andrew Robins has over twenty years of experience advising owners, operators, and developers of hotels, resorts, and mixed-use real estate developments throughout the United States and around the world. He also assists governmental institutions in the development of tourism destinations, the privatization of tourism facilities, the development of fiscal and monetary incentives for tourism development, and the creation of financing mechanisms to supplement tourism development initiatives. Recognized within the hospitality industry as a leading authority on structuring mixed-use resort projects, including hotels, branded residences, rental programs, shared ownership, and clubs, Andy has counseled leading hotel operators on risks associated with evolving lodging products and branding activities as well as complexities associated with branded mixed-use real estate developments.
