Ann Brattain is a registered nurse with 45 years of service in the healthcare industry. Ann has an extensive background in administrating state and Federal commercial and Medicaid managed care regulations having served as an Administrator for the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration in the Bureau of Managed Health Care.

Ann has assisted healthcare providers, managed care organizations, and those entering the healthcare arena to understand the regulatory process to become a licensed HMO, prepaid health clinic and exclusive provider organization. Ann is experienced in risk management and analysis of quality of care provided to subscribers of managed care organizations and all aspects of compliance and licensure issues with the Federal and state Medicaid and Medicare programs.

Ann was the chairman of the managed care organization Subscriber Assistance Panel for many years.
