Dan Jacobson's practice includes advising clients in buying, selling, and operating businesses including those engaged in healthcare. Such advice includes issues related to corporate governance and regulatory compliance including compliance with The Sarbanes-Oxley Act. In connection with his general business and corporate practice he advises clients with regard to public and private debt and equity offerings; commercial lending transactions; mergers and acquisitions; regulatory compliance; licensing of intellectual property and proprietary rights; and prosecuting and protecting intellectual property and proprietary rights. Dan's healthcare practice primarily focuses on businesses engaged in diagnostic imaging and radiology services.
