Marc Druckman has a broad range of experience in the practice of corporate law, with an emphasis in the area of mergers and acquisitions. He has represented buyers, sellers, and investors in hundreds of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures throughout the United States involving both private and public companies. Marc has significant experience in the structuring of corporate transactions and has assisted both public and private entities in the development and implementation of acquisition strategies within a variety of industries.

Previously, Marc served as senior acquisition counsel with Republic Services, Inc., a New York Stock Exchange traded company. In that role, he was lead counsel in the company's consolidation of the waste services industry, which included transactions creating over $1 billion in revenue growth.

In addition, Marc has experience in the purchase and sale of alternative energy and the development of co-generation projects involving landfills. He has acted as counsel in connection with the acquisition, development, and operation of many landfill gas-to-energy projects and has significant experience in connection with the feasibility, financing, legal, and operational issues related to such projects.
