Patrick Chistiansen is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group. His practice focuses on working with public and private companies, financial institutions, and private equity funds in the middle market on mergers and acquisitions, financings, and other transactional matters. He has experience helping banks and financial service providers with loan transactions, regulatory compliance, workouts and restructurings, and class and complex action defense.
