In Memoriam: Jim Foster

We regret to announce the passing of our long-time colleague, Jim Foster. Jim was diagnosed with cancer more than two years ago and faced the challenge with great dignity, determination, and optimism.

An outstanding litigator for more than 35 years and good friend to many of us, Jim will be greatly missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family.
