Alan Aronson has over 30 years of experience representing clients in public and private securities transactions, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, advising broker-dealers and investment advisors, and providing counsel on corporate governance and compliance matters. Alan is the inaugural and current chair of The Dade County Bar Association's Business Law Committee, a past chair of the Corporations, Securities and Financial Services Committee of the Florida Bar's Business Law Section, and the immediate past chair of The Florida Board of Bar Examiners. Alan has served as lead corporate and securities counsel to NYSE, Nasdaq, and OTC companies, is a FINRA-trained dispute resolutions arbitrator, and is a frequent lecturer on securities and corporate topics. Alan is a contributing author to numerous publications, has been named in Florida Trend's Legal Elite, The Best Lawyers in America 2011-2014 (Securities Law), Super Lawyers Magazine 2011-2013, and was selected as the 2008 and 2011 Member of the Year for The Florida Bar Business Law Section.
