In a career spanning more than three decades, Steve Hartz has handled a wide variety of complex cases, principally in the area of finance and white collar crime. In his work as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of Florida, he prosecuted an array of fraud, tax and regulatory criminal cases. He has been with Akerman for approximately 20 years and has represented insurance companies, financial institutions and major corporations in government investigations and complex commercial, insurance, securities, and antitrust litigation.
