Richard Sharpstein was highlighted in the Law360 article, "Akerman Welcomes White Collar Vet to Miami Office." According to the article, Sharpstein focuses his practice on white collar criminal defense and over the course of his career has tried hundreds of cases that include civil fraud suits and civil rights litigation, representing a spectrum of clients ranging from corporate executives and politicians to police officers and professional athletes.
