Christian Dodd Joins Akerman Senterfitt

Christian Dodd has joined Akerman Senterfitt as of counsel within the Litigation Practice Group and will be based in Akerman's Jacksonville office.
Dodd has seven years of experience and concentrates his practice in complex commercial and business litigation, government and internal investigations, and intellectual property matters. He has extensive experience litigating consumer class actions, misrepresentation, false advertising, warranty and unfair competition claims in both state and federal court. He also has significant experience counseling businesses with respect to electronic discovery and document preservation issues and managing large-scale collection, review, and production of documents and electronically stored information in the context of small- and large-scale litigation and government investigations.
Dodd joins from Winston & Strawn LLP and is admitted to the California and Florida state Bars.
