Adam Hodges has joined Akerman Senterfitt as of counsel in the Labor & Employment Practice Group and is based in Akerman's West Palm Beach office.
Hodges has nearly 10 years of experience and focuses his legal practice on all phases of litigation strategy from discovery to appeal in state and federal courts. His background in labor and employment litigation includes representing clients in matters pertaining to non-compete agreements, hostile work environments, professional liability matters, racial discrimination claims, and more. Additionally, Adam has represented various high-profile clients in a wide array of general commercial litigation matters.
He joins from Kaplan Zeena LLP in Miami and is admitted to The Florida Bar and the New York State Bar.
