Honorees were recognized by the paper for achievements in their communities and companies. Carroll will be formally recognized at the Influential Business Women Awards at the Hyatt Regency Pier Sixty-Six Resort and Spa on September 13th in Fort Lauderdale.
Carroll possesses significant experience in a wide variety of complex legal transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations, private equity and venture capital investments, complex joint ventures and equity financing partnerships, and related general corporate matters. She has represented general partners, private equity funds, entrepreneurs, and private and public companies in a variety of strategic and financial transactions, as well as general corporate governance matters.
