Akerman Senterfitt Advises SFN Group, Inc. in the Acquisition of Tatum, LLC

Akerman Senterfitt represented SFN in its acquisition of Tatum, LLC, a leading financial executive staffing and services firm focused on the office of the chief financial officer. Total consideration for the transaction was $46 million, comprised of $11 million in stock and the remainder in cash and assumed liabilities.
