James Miller, Chair of the Akerman National Litigation Practice Group, will moderate a panel at a Network of Trial Law Firms seminar. The discussion will focus on proceeding to trial, or settling, and how its vitally important to arrive at as accurate an assessment of the case as early as possible. The panel will also highlight the importance of electronic evidence, particularly email, and how that can further complicate the process, while also sharing different methods and tools for early case assessment, and advice on how to better evaluate future cases.
