Andy Mendoza represents clients in the areas of joint ventures, private investment funds, mergers and acquisitions, securities, and corporate governance. 

Andy focuses his practice on representing clients in real estate joint venture transactions, private placements and real estate private equity fund formations.  Andy represents real estate sponsors and their financial partners in the formation of investment partnerships –whether in the form of one-off joint ventures, programmatic relationships or strategic platforms – and the development and execution of their business strategies, including in connection with the negotiation of venture documentation and acquisition transactions, involving multifamily, retail, office, hospitality, industrial, and other asset classes. 

Andy represents fund sponsors and investors in connection with structuring, forming, investing in and offering private equity funds.  Andy has also represented public and private companies in a broad range of transactions including mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, tender offers, joint ventures, private placements, and private fund formations.
